Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
This policy explains two separate things: cancelling your services agreement under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), and cancelling or refunding your paid subscription.
1. Your 3-business-day right to cancel (CROA)
You may cancel your services agreement without penalty or obligation within 3 business days from the date you sign it. To cancel within this window, use the "Request cancellation" option on your account's agreement page, or send written notice to support@approveddisputes.com. If you cancel within this window, any payment already made will be returned within 10 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.
2. No advance fees
We do not charge any fee before the corresponding work has actually been performed, consistent with CROA. Your subscription price is shown at checkout and on your billing page.
3. Canceling your subscription
You can stop future subscription charges at any time from your account's Payment settings, or directly through your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments). Canceling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund periods already paid for, except as described in Section 1 above or Section 4 below.
4. Refunds outside the 3-day window
If none of your disputed items have been deleted, corrected, or otherwise resolved in your favor within 90 days of your first dispute letter being sent, you may request a full refund of the subscription fees you paid during that period. To request one, contact support@approveddisputes.com within 30 days after the 90-day period ends. This refund right is separate from, and in addition to, the 3-business-day cancellation right described in Section 1.
5. Trial pricing
Plans that offer an introductory trial price bill the trial amount for the first billing period, then continue automatically at the regular monthly price shown on the Pricing page until canceled.
6. Mailing fees
In-app mailing is not currently available. Every plan generates a letter you download and print yourself; certified-mail costs at your post office are your own responsibility. This section will be updated if an in-app mailing option is added.
