The fine print

Billing frequency
Monthly, through PayPal. The first billing period is $1; every period after renews automatically at the plan's listed monthly price until you cancel.
Letter limits
Starter allows up to 5 items per combined letter. Pro and Premium have no item limit per letter. Premium additionally unlocks Metro 2 field-level compliance letters.
Mailing fees
None charged by us — in-app mailing isn't offered yet. Every plan gives you a print-ready PDF; postage and any certified-mail fee at your post office are your own cost.
Trial terms
$1 for the first calendar month on any plan, then the regular monthly price shown above.
Cancellation
Cancel future billing at any time from your account's Payment settings or directly in PayPal. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for your 3-business-day right to cancel the services agreement under CROA.
Refunds
Full detail is in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
