Terms of Service
Last updated: September 29, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Approved Disputes, a product of Always Approved Group ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is
Approved Disputes is a self-directed educational software platform that helps you review credit-report information for potential inaccuracies, organize supporting documents, prepare personalized dispute correspondence, and track dispute activity. We are not a law firm, a financial adviser, a credit bureau, a government agency, a guaranteed credit-repair provider. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal or financial advice.
2. No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee that any item will be removed, that your credit score will increase, that you will be approved for credit, or any other particular result. Accurate and current negative information generally cannot be removed from a credit report. Results depend on your individual circumstances, the accuracy and completeness of information you provide, and the responses of credit reporting companies and data furnishers.
3. Your account and responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for reviewing every generated letter or document for accuracy before downloading, mailing, or sending it — the Service does not verify factual accuracy on your behalf.
- You agree not to dispute information you know to be accurate, and not to use the Service for any fraudulent purpose, including submitting a false identity or someone else's identifying information.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscription plans, pricing, and trial terms are described on our Pricing page and are billed through PayPal. Consistent with CROA, you are not charged any fee before the corresponding service has been performed, and you may cancel future billing at any time. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for full detail, including your right to cancel the services agreement within 3 business days of signing it.
5. Electronic communications and signatures
By using the Service you consent to receive communications from us electronically and to sign agreements electronically. Electronic signatures and records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications or signatures be in writing, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including the ESIGN Act).
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not: use the Service to create a new credit identity or misrepresent your identity (including use of a CPN or EIN in place of your SSN); reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; upload content you do not have the right to upload; or use the Service in violation of any law.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of the report data and documents you upload.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPROVED DISPUTES AND ALWAYS APPROVED GROUP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
10. Dispute resolution
[OWNER: Arbitration clause, class-action waiver, venue, and governing law to be finalized with counsel — including confirmation of whether arbitration is appropriate given CROA's consumer-protection provisions]. This Agreement is governed by the laws of [OWNER: state of governing law], without regard to conflict-of- law principles.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
